• Apply with dedicated board spray unit on the wet side or dry side.
• Apply to all production boards (both sides) initially. Continue regular application until boards are conditioned, then apply as needed. 
• Apply to the entire board surface for best results.
• Recommended application rate of approximately 20 g / board surface. May require higher application during initial use.
• Must be used in conjunction with a board scraper to be fully effective.
• Do not use when ambient temperature is below freezing (32 °F or 0 °C).

Circulation Required: Continuous mechanical stirring or recirculation pumping is recommended to maintain homogeneity and ensure product performance. Your local Technical Services Representative will assist you in this process. Do not use pressurized air for agitation.

BoardShield has low volatility and is non-flammable. However, always store below 140° F (60° C). BoardShield (like most lubricants) can be combustible when exposed to spark or flames.

Freeze Protection: BoardShield must be protected from freezing. Do not store at temperatures below 40° F (5° C). The product is not usable after it has frozen. 

Shelf life: One year in original unopened container.
