Layer spacers protect concrete surfaces from contact abrasion and scuffing between pallet layers.
Reduce cube efflorescence by allowing air to circulate between separated layers and between a top sheet and top layer of units.
Manufactured from a proprietary blend of starch-based ingredients and other polymers. Biodegrable in soil with an expected biodegredation rate of 2 years.
Unique, patented shape reduces rolling during dispensing and holds spacers and layers in place during shipping.
Easier to apply and clean up than sheet separators.
Automated dispenser for accurate, efficient and safe application.
Most applications require less than 2.5 cups (600 ml) of spacers per pallet.

Guidelines for Use

Application: Typical application range is about 1/6 to 1/3 cup (40 to 80 ml) per layer, or 1,300 to 2,600 layers per gaylord. Not recommended when pallets are stacked more than 6 levels high. Please consult your Technical Services Representative for more
